1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the "3, 2, 1... Action!" Customer UGC Video Competition (“Competition”) organized by OZ SMART (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating, you (“you,” “your,” or “participant”) agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to all existing customers and website visitors of OZ SMART who are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and they must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2.2 Employees, contractors, and partners of OZ SMART (including immediate family members) are not eligible.

2.3 The Competition is void where prohibited. You are responsible for making sure it’s legal to participate in your region.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The Competition runs until midnight 07/04/2025 (GMT+10).

3.2 Entries must be received by 07/04/2025 at 11:59 PM (GMT+10). Winners will be drawn on 08/04/2025.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Record Your Video: Create a short video featuring yourself or someone else using an OZ SMART product. Only one product per video.

4.2 Showcase Your Style: Focus on clearly showing the product’s features. Audio or speaking is optional. Face or personally identifying features are not required.

4.3 Submit Your Entry: Upload your video as a review on the relevant product page at ozsmart.shop. If you have issues or upload to the wrong page, email us at info@ozsmart.shop; your entry still counts.

4.4 Multiple Entries: If you have multiple OZ SMART products, you can submit one video per product to increase your chances to win the Major Prizes

4.5 Please avoid adding captions, flashy effects, or overlays.

4.6 No purchase is necessary to enter or win, but you must own or have access to an OZ SMART product to make the video. Internet access is required to upload.

5. Entry Requirements and Restrictions

5.1 Original Work: Your video must be created by you and must not violate anyone else’s rights.

5.2 Permissions: If other people appear in your video, make sure you have their permission.

5.3 Appropriate Content: We reserve the right to disqualify videos containing offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful material.

5.4 Disqualification: We may disqualify any entry that violates these Terms or any law.

6. Judging and Winner Selection

6.1 Public Showcase: All videos will appear live on our Competition landing page as they arrive.

6.2 Staff Voting: Our team will pick winners based on creativity, product focus, and authenticity.

6.3 Winner Announcement: Three major prize winners (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) will be announced on 08/04/2025 on the landing page, and we will notify all entrants by email. Our decisions are final.

7. Prizes

7.2 We will contact winners at the email provided with the entry. If there’s no response within five (5) business days, or if the email is invalid, we may award the prize to another entrant or forfeit it.

7.3 Gift Cards must be used on the OZ SMART website and may have an expiration date.

7.4 Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless we specify otherwise.

7.5 Any tax obligations tied to the prizes are the responsibility of each winner.

8. License and Use of Entries

8.1 By entering, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, share, modify, and create derivative works from your video for promotional or commercial purposes, in any format now or later developed.

9. Liability and Indemnification

9.1 We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or claim related to entering or participating in the Competition or from using or misusing any prize.

9.2 By entering, you agree to release and hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation, including the use or misuse of a prize.

10. Personal Information

10.1 We collect personal information (e.g., name, email) to administer the Competition.

10.2 We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

11. General

11.1 These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and OZ SMART for this Competition.


11.2 These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws applicable in our region
