Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode.


Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–2 business days for processing (preparation for dispatch).

Processing begins on the business day your order is placed. Orders placed before 4:00 PM AEST (GMT+10) are typically processed the same day.

Larger orders, bulk orders, or freight shipments may require additional processing time.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are based on real-world data from past orders and are provided as a guide only.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping transit time

All shipping transit times are measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping rates for regional and remote areas reflect higher carrier costs and are calculated based on parcel weight.

FREE Standard Shipping: Orders over $59 AUD
Express Shipping: $34.98 AUD

Free Shipping Thresholds

Free shipping applies when your cart subtotal meets the threshold after all discount codes have been applied.

If a discount code reduces your subtotal below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping charges will apply. Customers may add items to their cart to re-qualify for free shipping.

Free shipping thresholds:

  • Australia: $59 AUD
  • New Zealand: $59 NZD
  • United States: $29 USD

Shipping Conditions & Delays

Delivery times may vary due to factors such as:

  • Delivery location and accessibility
  • Peak periods and public holidays
  • Weather events or courier disruptions
  • Customs clearance (international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

Not all shipping options are available for all items or addresses at all times.


Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate parcels due to:

  • Different warehouse locations
  • Stock availability

There is no additional shipping cost for split shipments. Delivery times may vary between parcels, and you may receive multiple tracking notifications.

 


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email
  • You will receive tracking notifications when labels are created and parcels are dispatched
  • For split shipments, you may receive multiple tracking numbers

If you cannot locate your confirmation or tracking emails, please check your spam folder or contact customer support.


Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be cancelled or edited using self-service cancellation/edit tools within 4 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations are generally not possible. For full details, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.


Changing Delivery Address or Order Details

If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correction request.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order is being processed. Address changes are not possible once an order has been dispatched.


Backorders & Stock Delays

In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you with available options, which may include:

  • Waiting for restock
  • Selecting an alternative item or colour
  • Cancelling the affected item or order for a refund

Restock timeframes are typically 1–3 weeks depending on the product.

If we do not receive a response after multiple contact attempts, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund to avoid indefinite delays.


Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please refuse delivery where possible and contact us immediately
  • If delivered in your absence, take photos of the packaging and item and contact customer support

We will assist with investigation and resolution.


Delivery Responsibility

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If you believe your parcel was misdelivered or cannot be located, please contact us promptly so we can assist with a carrier investigation or proof of delivery request.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
